As part of the Birmingham Bar Continuing Legal Education program, Jon W. Macklem is presenting “What’s Yours is Yours and What’s Yours Is Mine, A Look at Non-Compete Clauses and the Alabama Trade Secrets Act,” on Tuesday, December 13, 2011.
The seminar will address the enforceability of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, as well as, address the Alabama Trade Secrets Act.
