Christian & Small is pleased to announce two attorneys have been recognized in Birmingham Magazine’s seventh annual “Top Attorneys” issue.
Partner Daniel D. Sparks, who also chairs the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group, was recognized for both banking and bankruptcy law. Partner David B. Walston, chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group was recognized for labor law.
Attorneys were selected based on a peer-reviewed survey, which asked more than 4,000 local attorneys registered with the Birmingham Bar Association for their nominations of the top lawyers across 35 practice areas. Birmingham Magazine staff members vetted both the voters and winners and listed the top five attorneys in each category.
