Michael A. Vercher, partner, is scheduled to speak at the Barristers Educational Services CLE on the topic of Premises Liability. Specifically, Mike will address, “Liability Arising from Third Party Assaults and other Criminal Acts.” The CLE will take place Thursday, December 19th in Birmingham, Alabama at the Birmingham Marriott Hotel.
