F. Todd Weston

Christian & Small Partner Todd Weston is an experienced litigator representing corporate and insurance clients in litigation matters in Alabama, Mississippi, and throughout the Southeast – at times acting as primary counsel for a number of domestic corporate entities, foreign multi-nationals, and insurance carriers in litigation across the country. He regularly represents clients in matters across the full spectrum of legal issues, though his practice is generally focused in the following areas: labor and employment, transportation, environmental/toxic tort, product and general liability, insurance, health care, cyber and data breach liability, and professional liability defense.

Over the course of his practice, Todd has successfully represented clients at trial, through dispositive motion efforts, including multiple dismissals and summary judgment wins, favorably resolving matters at mediation, and aggressively and efficiently pursuing client goals through all measures available in litigation. He considers it to be a hallmark of his practice to develop close working relationships with his clients – demonstrating unwavering loyalty to their needs, providing thorough, rational legal counsel, and delivering on a promise of client-first service. As such, he is often called upon by his clients to act as a speaker and present on current legal issues and procedures for managing risk.
